I had a few trachea squeeze through the years and i was wondering what i can do to recover and prevent the next one.
I am aware of head position, and turning slowly at the bottom but was wondering if there are specific stretching or exercise to strengthen the throat or diaphragm that i can add to my day to day routine.
Any advise will be appreciated.
