Hey, i hear that hyperventalating is dangerous in water, but i heard from a lot of people thats its perfectly safe and a good thing to try when doing dry statics. Im pretty sure its just heavy deep breathing before the hold, but how many deep breaths, and how are you suposed to feel, sometimes i feel dissy. also, can someone post a beginer o2 and co2 table.

thanks,
Mike:friday

when ever I do hyperventilation, I always feel dizzy (i think thats the way your supposed to feel...) and i just do a lot of short quick breaths, and gradually get longer, and it works fine... just dont try it in the water =]
