Hi all, I am Thai. I live in Bangkok.

I tried to come here many weeks ago but I could not because of the heavy stroms in the sounthern part of Thailand. I had to postpone twice. Anyway, I am here now.

Travelling was okay but a bit tired to get to the diving shope since I forgot the map. Any way, I could make it.

Accomodation is not bad. It is very close and cheap.
This year, I take a AIDA*** with Blue Immersion. Akim is my instructor.

Today is my second day of the course but the third day at Koa Tao. I really impressed on techniques I learned today especially the "Free Fall". It caused me to break PB. Another is the Frenzel equalization technique. It quite hard but I will try to go on. I've just know that the technique I used for equalization is not Frenzel and also not Vasalva.

Yesterday was my first day. It was about breathing technique and relaxation. I could not make it good enough. I felt I could not breath properly and not relax because of trying to control your breathing is difficult. Anyway, I need more time to practices to make it natural.

Tomorrow will be my last day of the course. Hope to learn more new things.

If you have any question about Koh Tao or Thailand or Bangkok, you all are welcome.

thank deanspahic for your sharing. yes, i think so.

I finished my coruse today. I really happy with today lesson cause I could solve my problem about the contraction.

Today we did a CO2 table. I worried about my contraction.

Previousely, I alway had a problem with strong contactions. Even, I felt comfortable with it and didn't urge to breathe but it annoyed and distracted me.

It was always like this, when the first contraction came it was not strong, I let it go, after that it come again and stronger. I let it go and try to relaxed. The next came which was stronger and getting stronger after that. I though that I should relax and let go but it did not disappear but stronger and stronger.

After Akim told me today that I should not let it tense contraction like that because my body did not relax even I though that I relaxed. He told me to control but not fight it. I tried control my abdomen muscle a bit, not too much, when the contraction came and relaxed. It worked, I didn't felt strong contraction any more even I did 6 repication of CO2 table breathe hold. I really happy about that.

That why I agree whith deanspahic when he said I am in a good hands.

I design to come back to take further courses or let him coach me again.
