Heres my second gun... Its a 94 cm with an enclosed track.. balaced and ballasted. Powered by 2x16 and a 7mm shaft.. will add a third rubber to try out.

This thing should be deadly accurate. Today hopefully ill take it to the sea for some target shooting.

Let me know what u think:)

Truly a beautiful gun. Congratulations.
Of course, with only photos to work with, I could be off base. But, may I offer some suggestions for your consideration?
First, it appears to be an enclosed track. If so, you might want to contemplate opening up the top of the track for a small section adjacent the end of the muzzle. This can make reloading much easier and faster, as the shaft may be simply dropped into the opened section of track. If this is done, you may want to install a small block of delrin or similar material to protect the wood at the end of the enclosed portion from damage. Also, why is there a line-retaining pin at the end of the muzzle? With the enclosed track, a simple, line-retaining groove over the end of the muzzle would serve the same function, while being lower profile with no projections.
Just a couple of suggestions, based on my experiences.
Great gun. Are you building them solely for yourself, or do you build guns for others?

.

Thanx for the compliments fellaz!!

Seacidal.. this is exactly what iv done to the track.. its opened up top just enough so u can drop the shaft into the track. As for the Delrin part i am considering it for future guns but i like the look of complete wood. So that line pin is there just to insure the shaft stays in place since iv opened the track up a bit.

I really appreciate ur input tho!

For now im just building them to test out and know exactly which models r best.. then later im gonna start producing them to sell in my store (coming soon). Many people here want a HaYaari after they'v tried my first one and saw how powerfull and accurate it is.. so theres quite a list. This one will be even better :)

Very cool gun bro. Many a succesfull hunt with that fine peice of equipment to you :)

Ok i finaaly took the gun down.. i also shortened the rubbers a bit and added an extra rubber for more punch... All i can say is OMG... and im not saying that just cuz its my gun heh.. but the gun is super smooth and super accurate..

I tied a plastic bottle with a rope and anchored it down and had a few shots at it from about 4-5 meters distance.. which is what visibility allowed... and i got it smack in the middle every shot.

The recoil of the gun... emmm WHAT IS RECOILrofl I love it!!

I have a couple videos i took.. maybe ill post them somewhere later.

Zane...

VERY nice work! How did you eliminate recoil? Just balanced fine or did you add ballast?

make a gun 7 to 8cm wide and you have no recoil.

Ya but what about ballasting? you will have no recoil with that size if ur just using 2 or 3 rubbers at the most. But any more power and u will have recoil if not ballasted properly! No??

Ruhroh i balanced and ballasted it!
