increasing diaphram strength...

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

I have seen a bunch of images and videos of freedivers who can work their diaphrams to the point of sucking in the belly under the ribs to an almost inhuman level. I am interested in specific workout techniques they used to achieve this as I would like to improve my diaphram ability. if this makes sense at all.

thanks for any info you can pass on.
 
Just do what you have seen.
Exhale to your max and suck in the belly as juch as you can then push it back.
Repeat this as much as you can then inhale and relax to prepare for the next round.
Eventualy you'll see a progress...
