Just started watching this series, and they show a great scene from a family who lives on the water for their whole lives. This clip shows one of the family members who is at home under the water, as above it.

No kidding. He does very well with very little gear.

Actually, other than his spear he only has goggles. Which I'm curious about. I'm going to assume they must be fluid goggles (earlier in the program they mentioned how some of his tribe/family's eyes have adapted to seeing underwater better b/c of how much time they spend in it), b/c 20 meters with normal goggles should pop his eyes out due to the pressure.
