I am lisiting to Yoga Nidra by Emma Farrel the last days. You can find a free download link at freedivecafe.com.

I wasnt into guided meditation in the past. However it is quit an experience.

Now I am thinking about directly convert/ integrate this way of meditation in my pool freediving training. There are 8 stages in the meditation. I could imaging that you could put an easy dive in between each stage. While the dive you could maybe replay the stage, deepining the meditation.

My goal would be just to create a nice and relaxed experience.

Anyone tried this before?
