some medical advice is requested here.I usually train every other day for packing and stetching,including negative packs at the bottom of the pool.So far all is well.I do dives around 50m comfortably.Last August I was training for depth everyday for a week,doing packs and stretches everyday,before the actual dive.In the afternoon,spearfishing was on the menu,15-20m.By around the 5th day,my depth was drastically reduced to around 35m and uncomfortably.I also had an overall (not localized),dull pain or rather, an uncomfortable feeling under my arpits.Understandibly,I stopped all excercise for 3 weeks,then I picked up again where I left off.2 weeks ago I tried to go deep,but couldn't go more than 40m.I also practice yoga,and after every session,I have that feeling under my arpits and around my ribcage.The question is:where's the damage,and what to do now??:duh
