Hey... I am interseted in tech diving but am not to sure about all the requirments. I am a padi member and would like to know if anyone has any info on the requirements
thanks

Hi!
Requirements depend on what kind of tek diving you want to do? Are we talking about recreational nitrox or deep trimix cave diving, it is a world apart (well, almost)?
Anyways, choose a good training agency, and a good tech instructor with a lot of credibility. I would suggest IANTD or GUE, there are propably other agencies that are good, but I have a limited experience with others. Just don't choose somebody who chooses to dive with 3 tanks on the back, withouth the manifold:)

Hi there, like Aljo says, its depends what kind of technical diving you like to do . With DSAT you have to be at least rescue diver with a minimum of 100 dives. You should also be already nitrox diver with 20 nitrox dives. With IANTD you have a couple of prerequisits, for details please send me a message.
