Intro - New SoCal Freediver/Spearo looking for dive buddies

Hey everyone, stoked to finally join the forums. Recently moved back to SoCal (LA area but don't mind making the trek to anywhere between Malibu and Dana Point) and just starting to spearfish. Started with a few dives out in the Great Lakes. Have since done a few boat dives off of Catalina going for sheepshead and some night lobster dives this winter. Hoping to practice and get as much time in the water before the yellows and other pelagics come later this summer.

Feel free to message if you need a buddy or want to show a new guy the ropes. Grew up around the ocean/played water polo as a kid, but planning on taking a freediving safety course later this year. Willing to tag along just to dive and learn or provide beer in exchange for magic wisdom. Cheers!

You might be one of the gray beards hanging around this forum, but I definitely wouldn't give up an opportunity to learn a thing or two from you. Cheers!
