Hi everyone. I consider my self new to this world of freediving even though I grow up beside two oceans Atlantic and Mediterranean. I did everything related to water when I was home in Tangier (Morocco) but I never done it with science of freediving that the experts teach. So in the end of the month I am taking a freediving class with one of well known champion in freediving. I am very excited to learn the fundamental of this sport. Also I am so happy I found this group that I am looking to ask and learn from you guys. So if anyone have an advice for me I will be glad to take it and I appreciate it. Be safe everyone.
