Looking a static breath holding app for my iPhone, and there’s a few to choose from.

I’ve downloaded ‘freedive apnea’ and just done a max hold test followed by a CO2 session which seemed good. It just doesn’t show what the upcoming plan is, just said to come back after a days rest and the next session looks identical to the first.

is there a better app out there? STamina apnea trainer looks good. It there’s many others to choose from - or should I just stick with a free one?

I tried three and thought they all sucked and were way overrated.

I started varying my breath ups at home, and I see which ones allow me to hold my breath the longest without any discomfort. I do not know how fruitful this will be in the water yet, but it has made a lot more sense to me than co2 tables. It feels like I am actually making some progress.

I have convinced myself at this point that any painful holds during dry statics are just a complete waste of time and even counter productive. I know that is not what you asked but that is my input on those apps.
