I have a nice program on my computer that makes training tables very simple and would like a similar app for the iphone but I can't find any the way I want (not even paid).
I want an app that does a count down only on the breathing period, so I am able to exhale completely and then inhale again. There is no need to have a countdown on the hold period, it actually has a negative impact on me as I would be waiting for it to relax. Do you know any app that does this? Thank you very much all!
