Think some one might won't to remove this video before to many people see it !!! But on second thoughts can some translate it first? The the local garda or fishery bods can have a word with him? Am I missing something here or were the fish all alive /small/and generally untakeable.Your right I think maybe to much vodka maybe !!!!
Guy in that video is Russian speaking. it is not much to translate . all he saying is that this is his firs time spearfishing in Northern Ireland , he is happy about is catch . It maybe sounds bit Mad , but his speech is very calm , and words he is saying sound that is intelligent enough guy. there is no violent or aggression in his speech . He could be some tourist visiting someone and know nothing about "code of spearfishing Ireland" . I have see in much worst video ....
