Making progress...
Jun 22, 2003
Since for now I'm only runing (5 km/day) or cycling (10 kn/day) i'll start with other methods as the summer is aproching...
I know it's been a lot of talk about this but i didnt find anything about this....
I don't like the O2 table very much and I would like to stick with the CO2...Should I be aware of something or is it OK?
Alot of people work only on CO2 tolerance, I don't think that there is much harm in that, as long as you still feel that you "run out of air" before you black out.
to find that out, you can do an O2 table every once in as an indication.
