Is spearfishing in Iceland legal?

I did not manage to find out if spearfishing in Iceland is legal, and have to ask for help here. Does anybody know?

I live from 7 months to Reykjavik, nobody knows, but it does a little 'I organize: wetsuit, shotgun and everything you need .... I try with the lower bottom fishing! also because it is full of killer whales!

Are the orcas curious of humans in the water? Is there any registered attacks on humans by orcas? I guess just a nibble by a orca can cause som pretty serious injuries...

I apologize, I use google trasleitor not know yet write and not they speak well linglese . I come from Sardinia, frankly to me inspires much fear encountering an orca in the sea .... I'm not used to seeing them and I think it would give me a scare! sorry for my English
