Is this any way to treat a suit?

I recently bought a medium Tilos 3-2 glide-skin jumpsuit for pool work and summer diving. The suit seemed to fit well in the shop and reasonably well the first time in the pool. However, the suit has become noticeably looser the last two times I used it.

One thing that I am doing that might be abusive is that I rinse the suit out, then roll it up (still somewhat wet) and toss it in my trunk. Since it is currently freezing where I live, there is no odor problem, but I wonder if ice in the suit material is damaging the neoprene and causing the suit to get baggy.

Anyone know?

leaving suits wet in bags (or iced in bags) is gonna make them go all wrinkley and baggy - I know cos I did it to one of mine
take it home and hang it up over the shower to drip dry a bit and it'll stay new!
