It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
yeah i met up with deep_thinker last night ...... Might go visit Miles tomorrow depending on what his day is like,,, and waiting on Jeff to polish the boat and fire up the braai's :D now you just gotta get your "buns of steel" down for swim.

Hmmmm! .. sounds interesting Sara .. the only thing is I don't have a bicycle in my private gym to do the cycle so I think I would double the jog to 100 km .. then I don't have a rowing machine .. so instead I would add another 50 km .. and since I don't have circuit classes either .. then it would be 200 km of jogging/ running .. what do you think .. lol .. just kidding Sara, but realy interesting, although I lost 5 days of the month by now but I think I shall attend a club and kick start .. got to lose 10 kg in three months .. I'm 90 kg now !!
oh God I can't believe I said it !! .. it's the first time in my life that I reach such a weight .. !

it's broken up into sessions of 15, 20, or 30

i am doing 15 to 20 of

run 3,5
bike 13,5
row 2000m

its actually not that much as the days go by, but it depends on the intensity and resistance you add to the machine.

This is too complicated for me. I'd have to go through a brain training program to be able to handle this level of scheduling complexity.

I see there's some interest in weight control in this thread. I recently became acquainted with a very effective program. A fellow went from 186 lbs to 166 lbs in 9 days. That's about 9 of those metric kilos thingies, right?

I decided to become a bit more slipstream this year. My slightly late new year resolution has got me 2.5kg's down so far for the first week. The method? Well I like my food too much so low carb is the only way to go for me. I can eat pretty much as much as I want as long as it hasn't got too many carbs in it. Been off the grog for a bit too, though Australia Day is coming up on Friday so that's going to be a small setback. Only problem with low-carb approaches like Atkins is that if you have a blow out then you stop losing weight for about 3 days. We'll see how it goes.

Well my fitness regime has come to an abrupt halt!! I've completely torn my anterior cruciate ligament - how fed up am I! Lots of physio on the cards now to strengthen my quads and hamstrings again, and then more surgery to graft a new ligament - followed by lots more physio!

All cos of a drunken Christmas night out

Depressed in Cyprus :(
