What You’ll Be Doing
This is a dynamic role that keeps you out of the “office” and in the action. Your day-to-day will involve:
Leading the Experience: Guiding dives through Florida’s iconic waters and teaching PADI courses across all levels.
Connecting with the Community: Driving sales and engagement on the retail floor with expert gear knowledge.
The Technical Essentials: Ensuring safety through tank inspections and air fills.
Shop Stewardship: Helping manage the flow of a fast-paced dive center and contributing to operational growth.
What We’re Looking For
PADI Professional in good standing (DM or higher preferred).
Top-tier Social Skills: You’re a “people person” who loves sharing the stoke of diving.
Reliability & Integrity: We maintain a strictly drug-free environment and professional standards.
Legal Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
