Well, the pool's ready, no bank holidays nearby so it must be Tribe Monday.

I Shall be bringing some video clips of what to try not to do in competition and what to do. There will be some blackouts, so divers of a nervous disposition should be prepared to look away.

I thought it might be good to do some conditioning light tables and then see how the training has been paying off by pushing your breath holds a bit.

The Toypedo will come along too.

David says the pool is over 30c now but I'd bring some thermal protection for the static breath holds anyway.

unfortunately an inconsiderate relative has insisted on dinner tonight so won't be able to make it :(

(well they are down from Scotland just for the night and it is my sister and I don't get to see her very often!!!)

hope you all have fun and see next month. . .

Thanks for last night. The samba demonstrations (on DVD for those who were not there!!!) were very interesting, as were all the DVDs, especially SETT. I just wish I were in a position to be able to join you in Kalymnos.:(
