Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
In regard to ear infections, the rule is simple, keep your ears whole, keep 'm clean and keep 'm dry.

You can buy at your drug store a solution of ear drops for divers. A drop after the dive will disinfect and dry your ears. You can also make a solution yourself, 50% alcohol, 50% vinegar.

Simos made some very nice suggestions. In addition I would like to add that you can practicable equalisation on land so your tubes become more flexible. Also making sure your sinuses are clean and your head is warm helps a lot. And also abstaining from mucus producing food. Also when diving, equalise 1 time before you dive, and equalise frequently, like every meter. Relax the face and muscles involved after each equalisation.
