You can buy at your drug store a solution of ear drops for divers. A drop after the dive will disinfect and dry your ears. You can also make a solution yourself, 50% alcohol, 50% vinegar.

Also making sure your sinuses are clean and your head is warm helps a lot. And also abstaining from mucus producing food. Also when diving, equalise 1 time before you dive, and equalise frequently, like every meter. Relax the face and muscles involved after each equalisation.
