Just curios about the freedivers training.

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

Hi there i was reading on the different approaches and techniques use by the top freedivers for their training outside of the yoga and breathing exercises.

And i didn't see anybody mention SWIMMING, at all, i know they spend an awfull amount of time in the water already, but must of their training is running, cycling, and things like this.

Any reason for this or just sheer luck.
