Hello, om new to the forum, im 25year, male living near Oslo, Norway.
I've been scuba diving for about 5years, i have trimix sertification to 60m/200feet ish.
The last year i have been trying out freediving, and i love it! took my first freediving course for about 2months ago, apnea*.
before the course my max depth was 20m and 1:10min, after the course im down to 0:40min, this is because we learned a safer way to do the "breath up" and the water temp is beginning to be a little cold =p 9c/48degrees farenheit.
I am just freediving, no competition or spearfishing. just like to be in/under the water.
