La Marseillaise

I am looking for the English word describing folllowing item : a rubber extensible weighting belt with a big iron bucle so that it is very quick to get rid off... its extensibility makes this belt comfortable to wear if you are in swimming suit...

In French we call it a "Marseillaise" (like our National anthemn...)
