Hey all,

Lately i focus more on dnf than on dyn.
And i have The Problem that My arms fatique way earlier Then My legs.
it’s easy to Train lactate Toleranz in My legs with sprinting on land/Squats/monofin intervall.
What can i do for My arms in this case?
I thought about swimmingpaddels and Then doing fast and hard Sprints with Short recovery.
Is there something i can do on Land for My arms that Supports dnf?
Any Idea is appreciatet.

Thank you

I do supersets of pullups and pushups with short rest between sets once a week and I have no lactic problems in my arms.
