It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Im looking at a 100cm Omer excalibur on spearboard. Its been used 4 times and the guy wants $100 for it? Any thoughts?

ILDiver- would be the expert there. HOPEFULLLY, He chimes In . One of those is in the CONTEST as a Prize- you could try to win one.

A 4 time use OMER Excalibur for $100. No brainer for me, I'd say get it as soon as you can. Perfectly fine gun. I have seen several posts on here of guys still using them. 100cm might be a bit long for WI, but if you end up in HI, that clear water on a close in reef will serve you well I think. It will do good in Lake Michigan too.

The one in the contest is a 75cm.

I want a new gun for a couple reasons. 1. I'm always taking people out, and since my balco broke, that isn't as much fun. 2. I want something a little bigger/nicer than my 32" JBL Magnum from like the 90's. But the bid on that gun just got raised to $120, and thats the kinda cash I don't have right now, so it'll have to wait for a month, and its second in line behind a new weight belt, because I don't think my omer weight vest will be enough to keep me down in my new Beuchat.
