Complete newbie.
Starter course coming up in a few weeks in Wishaw. If you know anyone interested let me know.

Hi I assume you found the guys to complete the course.

I've been freediving for 7 years now and am moving to Scotland in October. Not sure where I'll be living yet but I'll be working in Lesmahagow.

I usually train twice a week so I'm quite keen to find a group to train with before I arrive. Are you now doing regular training in Lanarkshire?

There are still places on the course. We may have to move the date. Not sure yet.
We usually train on a Monday night at bishopbriggs pool. 9.30-10.30.
We may be moving the session to Kirkintilloch pool in a month or so.
You're very welcome to come along and join in.
