There are still two places on the AIDA ** Course we are running on the 5/6th November at Chepstow. This will be the last course in 2005. It covers all the basic theory of freediving, Static and Dynamic Apnea training (at a separate pool session), relaxation and stretching techniques for freediving, freediver safety, buddy skills and basic rescue techniques, Free Immersion Diving and Constant Weight Diving. Anyone who has completed the training is more than welcome to join any of the regular SaltFree meets next season.
