"Latest" CO2 and O2 tables discuss

Tables have been discussed through and through..

I like static to mentally condition myself. If you're looking for more bottom time then actually getting out there and freediving is what will make you a better freedive.

A lot of people, myself included, focus so much on 'training' that they miss the best of it which is experience.

Like, I noticed all my tables were worlds easier to get through once I started to actually spend time in the water and dive.

Of course a lot of people don't have the pleasure of having big bodies of water around them and in that case dynamic tables are , in my opinion, way more beneficial.

I was obsessed with static tables when I first started earlier this year and now they just seem silly to me. 0.02
