Hello. Can anyone advise me if there are any areas around the Lincolnshire, Yorkshire coast that is suitable for a beginner to try spearfishing. I don't expect anyone to share secret locations, and am prepared to look myself, but a general hint would be welcome

Don't know of any other unfortunately - but they may exist(?). I used to visit Yorkshire occasionally and hoped to explore for spearing but never got round to it unfortunately, sorry.

Perhaps Robin Hood Bay, Whitney or Framlington(or am I thinking of Flamborough Head?)? Perhaps not. Expect visibility will usually be poor or terrible :(. There may be other dangers :(, so be careful. ;)

I guess I'm curious as you are!
