Hello everyone,
I've been following DB for a very long time and thought I would start contributing to the community. I have learned much here and hope I am able to add even just a little of my own knowledge to these pages.
Cheers,
Jason

Thanks podge,
Should've joined like forever ago. The story behind that fish is that it was a 40+ pound Striped Bass that is still alive! Caught it on h&l and knew she was old and fertile, didn't have the heart to kill her. Hopefully there are many little ones swimming around cause of her. Interestingly she had a tag in her side. When I called the phone number on it and gave them her tag number I was told that fish had been tagged in the same geographic location fourteen years prior! I wonder if she's still alive and returns to the same place every spring.
Cheers
