Anita,
I was in Provo a few month ago. Posted here to no avail. but I found a great diving compnay that caters to Freedivers and has a few freedivers on staff.

When you are there look up: "Caicos Adventures"
http://www.tcidiving.com/ca_index.html
Great company great service. Let them know you want to freedive and ask to go on a trip where one of the divemasters freedives.

Anita,

I was in Grand Turk for my honeymoon and have some friends over there who I dove with. If you go to Grand Turk let me know. I'm not familiar with Provo though. I recommend Grand Turk over Provo but that's just me. Sorry for the no explicit help post but do consider Grand Turk and Smitty and Blue Water Divers.
