my name is matthew , originally from ireland but will be living for the next year or more in s.e. asia. i ve done a wee bit of apnea but nothing serious, im a pretty much a beginner, having never had a buddy or time to train with.im comfortable in the water having taught scuba fror the last couple of years and now want to learn to freedive. i have time but no buddy so im interested in hearing from anyone from thailand to indonesia that is interested in training and diving over the next few months. i will train using vipassanna meditation, yoga and as much time below as possible, if anyone out there is interested ,get in touch and well have a chat .tara

I'll be back in Thailand next week, are you on the east or west coast? Hows the monsoon there, is it a bad time for freediving right now? Might be up for exploring Borneo for diving if your interested?

im on th east coast , actually doing a intensive course in freediving with a shop called apnea total in koh tao ...so far the diving is pretty bad , bad viz and few fish .but the course is great .supposedly there is better weather on its way but its been shitty here for over a week ,some friends said that the andaman side was better weather even tho this is supposedly their rainy season ..im definitely interested in borneo and maybe sulawesi too but i won t be doing that for a while , at least 5 weeks ..get in touch anyhow as there is a guy from here making a trip that way soon ...

Yeah I know Eusebio and Monica, I should be passing through that way soon, pretty shit weather for freediving I hear at moment.

Enjoy the japanese baths instead if you get the chance.

saludo Golfinho
