Hi all,

I am Danish, but currently living in The Netherlands (Nijmegen). Looking for one or more freediver/finswimmer buddies. As spearfishing is forbidden in The Netherlands (probably YET another stupid EU rule :rcard), freediving and finswimming is what I can do in The Netherlands, spearfishing must be done when on holiday back home in Denmark.

To my knowledge, spearfishing was banned in the Netherlands before the EU did came into view. Strangly enough. scuba diving was originally introduced in the Netherlands bij two "OJC's" Underwater Hunter Clubs in the fifty's. Perhaps there where too many scubies in the water to make underwater hunting safe enough.

I welcome a buddy anytime, I live in Haaren (Noord brabant). However I"m a bit transportation challenged these days, I have no car.
