I'm living in punta mita and fish/dive here a lot but looking for buddies as we all know it's a better idea to have another set of eyes around. I'm level 2 ssi and have been safety certified. Willing to go over safety dives with beginner or intermediate buddy. I have a cool place you can camp at or use the hammock if you wanted to stay for a few days. Fishing is good here with mostly trigger fish, pargo, snapper right now. I have a ghetto dive platform with diver down flag so just bring your basics and gun etc and let's head out.

Hi I wondered if you have ever done any diving down around La Manzanita? Generally I spend the winter on the east baja coast but may end up at La Manzanita next winter and am looking for any info at all. Is shore diving worthwhile there, also wondering if it's realistic to launch an inflatable off the beach, or is the surf generally too much? Any comments at all would be appreciated thanks.

Hola

I know this is an old post, but I live in Guadalajara, which is about 4 hours from PV. I have only dove Punta Mita once, but would like to get back, and would prefer to have a partner.
