Looking for suggestions for places to offshore spear in July-Aug

Looking for ideas for places in world to go to some real chill spearing. No charters. No blue-water trophy hunting.
Just want to be able to distress somewhere beautiful (and not too pricey maybe) for a month or two and go in the water daily and catch a couple fish/crap/lobster for dinner. No full-day project from 6am or $200 cost for a "tour" ever time.
Plus I'm no spring chicken and have bad wrists so can't really work the big guns anyway. My 90cm Rob Allen kills me already, LOL. (also have a wimpy, short soviet gun). I'm Mulchanov's Level I certified, but still pretty beginner.
Have all own equipment and air travel case, though.

As example, I really enjoyed hunting the invasive lionfish in Mahahual (south Yucatan), but central/south America is way too hot and stormy those months. Other options?

Maybe shallow reef hunting somewhere in Oceania? There's plenty of fish there.

You could convert your RA to an invert roller for 3-stage (or 2-stage) easier loading.

Hmm. Will look into Oceania. haven't yet. Thanks. Problem is so much, maybe most, of the information the internet is is unrelated or plane false and/or outdated. Really need direct knowledge info.

And yeah, considered converting to a roller. But 1st thing 1st - where to go. Still would want simple off-shore hunting.
