Malarone or other anti Malaria drug Side Effects and Freediving?

Hello!

I am considering visiting Mozambique in Oktober.
Since it is a high risk malaria country, and a Malarone Therapy is recommended, i would like to know if anyone here has some Info to share?

I usually feel strange about going freediving while taking medication of any kind.
