Euro-Divers Vilamendhoo | South Ari Atoll
Euro-Divers Vilamendhoo is recruiting a German-speaking PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor or higher to join our international team for the reopening of Vilamendhoo Island Resort & Spa in November 2026.
We are looking for a professional, safety-focused and guest-oriented instructor who enjoys working in an international resort environment and shares our “Diving with Friends” philosophy.
Requirements
- Current PADI OWSI or higher
- EFR Instructor
- EANx / Nitrox Specialty Instructor
- Minimum DAN Pro Bronze insurance or equivalent
- Teaching-level English and German
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, safety-focused and team-oriented
- Complete and well-maintained personal scuba diving equipment, including a dive torch
- Previous Maldives experience is an advantage
- Previous professional work experience outside diving is an advantage

Accommodation
Due to our current staff accommodation capacity, this position is for an individual instructor. Shared staff accommodation will be provided, with the successful candidate sharing a room with another male team member. We are currently unable to accommodate couples for this position.
