Looks like the "Cyrano Evo HF" has had a makeover as the "Cyrano Evo 1.1 HF". While looking for a spare part for a "Cyrano" (the first version) the Mares web-site helpfully shoved an image of this new gun on my screen.

Not what I was looking for, but may be of interest to those who don't like orange parts on their guns! I notice that Mares have ditched the fore-aft adjustable trigger, just as they did when they first tried it on the "(Sten 87) Competition Line" guns and it was eliminated at the next colour scheme change for that gun series.

I just had another look and the "Evo" has been dropped from the name, so the gun is now simply the "Cyrano 1.1 HFT". The "T" is for a Tahitian shaft supplied with the new gun, or so I would guess.

Hmm, here is a familiar tune, only with different words this time. Our local Mares distributor, if indeed one still exists, does not have the guns and I cannot buy one here, nor import one.
