Mares Smart Apnea or Suunto D4F

Deciding between these two for training in freediving.

The Mares is at $300 while the Suunto is at $340.

Which would you recommend of the two? They both seem pretty awesome freedive watches

in the market for a computer too, what made you narrow your choice down to these 2 ?

d4f is hottest on my list atm having read manuals and reviews of - mares smart apnea, omer up 1xr, cressi drake ,oceanic f 11 and omer OM 1

main reasons for me ( hopefully) reliability , simplicity, size, build and display quality - i read about software issues on other new suunto models ( nuovos)any info on these?
