We’re looking for an enthusiastic and guest-facing Marine Biologist to join our watersports and diving team on the Kenyan coast for our upcoming high season.
This is a seasonal role (3–6 months), where you’ll be part of a small team of 1–3 resident biologists, working closely with our dive and watersports crew to create meaningful, educational, and memorable ocean experiences for our guests.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, dynamic position combining marine science, guest engagement, and ocean-based activities.
You will:
- Lead and assist with snorkelling, diving, and ocean excursions
- Join watersports activities such as kayaking and guided experiences
- Engage guests by sharing knowledge about the local marine ecosystem
- Host evening talks/presentations on marine life and conservation
- Work on our coral restoration project, including maintenance and monitoring
- Assist with data collection and environmental reporting
Ideal Candidate
- Degree or background in Biology or related field
- Confident in the water and comfortable guiding guests
- Strong communication skills and a natural storyteller
- Team player with a positive, guest-oriented attitude
- PADI certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Bonus: Certified Yoga Instructor (opportunity to lead occasional classes)
