Mariner nemrod

I bought a mariner nemrod today and dont have a clue how to shoot it. It has an arrow loaded in it but wont discharge any help would be appreciated.
 
Fairly certain you bought a gun thats meant to be put on the wall and displayed. If you arae dead set on killing fish with it then you will probably need to take it apart and do some repairs on it. If you are wanting a good reliable pneumatic, Seac or Mares Sten are both good guns and can be found pretty cheaply on craigslist.
 
I new it was pretty old. How do you put air in it. Is there suppose to be a pump with it? I would like to say its operational just not very sure how to operate it.
