Masterchef Scallops

Did anyone watch Masterchef last night? One of the chefs referred to the scallops he was cooking as "Sea Scallops" . Are they the more expensive ones, like the ones they sell to gullible rich tourists in Padstow during the summer? :)
 
It did make me chuckle - to be honest, considering the epicness of dish he produced, he could call them sea b*ll*cks and I'd still be happy to eat it!

.......as opposed to 'aisle 1 scallops', and 'polystyrene plaice', or even hunting down the popular 'tinned tuna'. I've had my map out all morning and can't find for the life of me this 'tinned' spot??? any pointers? :confused: I reckon it might make a good fishin spot judging by the amount on the shelves.
