Looking for some feedback on a problem which occurs during some
of my free dives. I feel pressure build up in my throat that can usually be relieved by swallowing or 'gulphing'. This pressure
is uncomfortable and usually results in poor bottom times.
Although I try not to eat for hours prior to diving my recent opinion is it may be due to reflux. If anyone has similar problems
or can offer a remedy please respond.
