I'd be surprised with a beautiful island like that that there wasn't a group. I'm trying to get hold of Seb now aswell. I know Francois ran the camp there a couple of years ago (because i went) has anyone any idea if anyone is training regular?

what are the spearing laws in Menorca? Might get a gun out there, do i need a licence?

Yes, you need a license and an insurance policy. We obtain both at the same time with the National Scuba Federation anual license, specific to spearfishing. (FEDAS Federación Española De Actividades Subacuáticas).

Is there a spearing community on Menorca or is it mainly scubies do you know buddha?

Freediving in Spain is like an oasis in a desert of spearos and scubies, so if you wanna spearfishing you´ll find lot of people. Freedivers are hidden somewhere
