nope...got SEED to work on it though (was hoping to save the $$$, actually add few more $$$)...will have R&R's by this weekend.
heres on of 4 first drafts (like I said "first" drafts, disregard the funky speargunrofl) should have it refined by next week! Kinda was pressed for time on the flyer since this is what we are going to use to begin getting some sponsors involved in the game.

Gman, checked my email this morn......sent ur corrected draft.....my apologies for the tardiness....seems Steel got it done though......just a thought as far as advertising and public relations.....I doubt we'll get any serious money as far as sponsorship, by that I mean nothing in the thousands range because this is a very young concept in terms of how many times Miami's seen a tourney (as the flyer says).......So, to maximize exposure, I'd say use mainly print and internet resources - how about building a nice website specifically for the tourney's planned on.....yes tourney's - as in since there's a plan to branch into a consistent competition (month-to-month) why not have an info site to update any spearos who get wind of the happenings in South Fla......And to kick it all off, have the moneybag be the focal point for now.......
Beast send me the flyer anyways I'd like to see it settingsteel at yahoo...I'm actually working on a website for some spearo gear so hopefully I'll have the contest (s) incorporated within the site...quite a few things juicing so if all falls into place we might just :martial
Guys - why don't you keep the info on the comp here on DB - i'll chuck some prizes your way and help support the process.
Steel, gman.....I think for right now it'd be simplest as you said, steel, to provide info on your speargear site.......I'd say that sometime soon after the completion of the site however, a sister site strictly for the comp's should go up.....i don't know about everyone else but I consider spearos to be modern day pioneers....thinking about it, we are totally out of our element, it's the biggest rush, and a meaningful search....I think every spearo out there enjoys the freedom this sport generates, I believe it's a way to solve your problems, it's a time of personal contemplation.......Unfortunately I strongly believe the rest of the population fails to understand this......So I and I'm sure numerous others would like to see a larger spearo community, particularly in light of the outrageous regs being advocated for......if spearo's only remain active on DB, or SP, or wherever they enjoy, it only makes the task of expansion and giving us voice that much harder.........again, please don't misunderstand me; my aim in this suggestion is not to draw attention away from DB, or your speargear site.....it's strictly to reinforce the bonds formed here and hopefully to create new ones with the many spearos out there, still remaining separate from this community.....Again, a sister site soon would surely create positive unrest - power is in the masses.....if we give ourselves a voice, we give ourselves the means to our ends......

Funny you say that.....I plan on studying environmental law to "promote" better conditions for spearos....Presidente.....(hmmmmmm) what a sight that would be - my address to the nation; given in a camo wetsuit (with the hood on)........perhaps not Presidente, but most definitely congressman.....the crap that goes on is ridiculous......just so happens I'm passionate about spearing, and each time i get shi* from conventional fishers I get heated.....so why not improve the state of things, instead of getting annoyed?......as for karmic metamorphosis.....I doubt it'll occur spearing, I think karma's just a revolving door for ppl......no metamorphosis......now, Plato's theory on forms.....certainly a better grasp of such metamorphosis.....thought gman had sent it to you....sending presently......don't forget......"Vote Beast!":friday
