Hi. I've recently been getting migraines after Underwater Hockey practices and breath holding training in the pool. Does anyone have any experience with this or knowledge of why this could be happening? Thanks.

Are you sure you are hydrated enough. Once I started drinking water during training my headaches afterwards disappeared.
