Anybody knows where to buy speargun in Miri Malaysia?

You have to know that speargun license in Malaysia have been frozen for quite a while now, I think since 1985. So I doubt that you'll be able to find guns for sale in Malaysia, at least not publicly.

I don't know much about Brunei, other than our currency exchange is 1:1.

Check about import regulations. If importing a speargun is allowed, then I think you should just do it. Andre in Bali makes som nice teak guns. Bali Spear Fishing
