Hi guys, I just watched the new Mission Impossible movie where Tom Cruise goes action freediving.

I was wondering if anyone knew the brand of face mask and wetsuit he wore in the movie.

"It's a custom made wetsuit and mask"

Hmm custom. Shame really, that mask looks terribly well made. Very small volume.

When Hollywood promotes itself, it sometimes is a bit uhm... misty in its descriptions. It may give some impressions that are not entirely truthful. (Let's be honest about that.)

I do believe Tom Cruise may have been holding his breath for 6:30 at one point. But I do think that was in a static apnea attempt in training with Kirk (that's an educated guess!). But 6:30 while moving and acting? Seriously? I'm not an experienced freediver, but I do think it's quite unlikely.

Great film, perhaps lacking some of the originals films charisma but, very entertaining never the less.
